Rebeccah and Jacob’s Love story:   Told by Rebeccah

It’s actually very funny how we met.  His sister and I met in the 2nd grade and became very good friends. Jake and I met shortly thereafter.

I didn’t find out until I was 15 that he had a crush on me, I had one on
him.   Lol, unfortunately I had already moved away from Vegas at that time. We exchanged a few letters, and just ended up going separate ways. I came back to Vegas for a visit when I was 19 and really wanted to see him, but he was already married with a baby, so I left it alone.

3 years ago I tried again to locate him, and I actually found him from an
old newspaper and called to say hello.  He was available.   I lived in Chicago at the time and we struck up a phone romance. I came to visit him, and we just fell in love. We continued our long distance romance until I moved here and here we are 2 years later getting married. It has been the most romantic loving relationship I could have ever imagined. Our lives have been enriched and blessed since we reconnected in ways neither one of us ever dreamed was possible. He is the best person I know.        Rebecca

Mark and Valerie’s Love Story:   Told by Mark

Valerie was the first Young lady that I fell totally in love with as a young man. We met through school. The relationship was relatively short, and very innocent and I’ve held on to her in my heart for all this time; ‘bout 31 years. As fate would have it we were able to contact each other last year and what a whirl wind the last year has been!  I’m sure you’ve heard the story a hundred times given your profession.  Her father lost his job and he packed up the family and moved to Mississippi, they might as well have gone to the other side of the moon, the long distance relationship just was not happening and the sun faded into the west. You know the rest of the story, life goes on as it did for both of us even though we would hang on to our love and remember each other through songs and pining hearts.   In any case,  many years later we connected again through circumstances and we are together now and plan to share what time we have on this earth together.    Mark
